The Gigi Demi Sec is a vibrant semi-sweet sparkling wine crafted in the Charmat (tank) method, offering a lively mousse and an approachable, fruit-forward style. Made for easy enjoyment and celebration, this Demi Sec balances refreshing acidity with gentle sweetness, making it an excellent aperitif or pairing for desserts, fresh fruit and lighter dishes. Bottled at approximately 12% ABV.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh aromas of ripe pear, white peach, tropical fruit and citrus blossom are complemented by delicate floral notes and hints of honey.

Palate: Soft and fruit-driven, with flavours of juicy peach, ripe apple, melon and citrus balanced by a creamy mousse and refreshing acidity that keeps the sweetness lively and elegant.
