Bimber is an independent, craft distillery based in London which focuses on traditional small-scale production. The distillery sources 100% of its barley from a single farm, which is then traditionally floor malted, hand-mashed and slowly fermented for seven days in wooden washbacks. The small copper pot stills are directly fired and the distillery has its own cooperage - making it one of the few in the world.
Production started in 2016 and their inaugural whisky was released in 2019. Since then there has been a range of single casks and limited editions. Now for the first time, we are happy to make Bimber available in SA with two exclusive releases.
