DESCRIPTION

A rare single cask release from the Ardbeg distillery in Islay, bottled by independent bottlers Small Batch Bottlers. Distilled in 2000, matured for 20 years and bottled in 2020. Only 168 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 53%.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: An explosion of peat and tobacco on the nose.

Palate: A complex rich palate of smoky goodness.

Finish: A long caramel peat finish that lingers on and on.
