More from Scotch Whiskies Above R5,000
The 2024 limited release from Johnnie Walker Blue Label, created in collaboration with luxury ski-wear brand Perfect Moment, is inspired by the Alpine landscape. Master Blender Emma Walker used Met Office data to select whiskies distilled during Scotland’s coldest winters, blending them with expressions from northern distilleries like Dalwhinnie, Clynelish, and Brora. The blend's Brora is from the reopened distillery’s old stock and Speyside's Roseisle distillery whisky is featured for the first time. The bottle, inspired by 'Blue Hour' (the time between sunset and twilight when skiing turns to socialising), is adorned with Perfect Moment’s north star and houndstooth print. It comes in a bespoke bottle bag that transforms into a reversible crossbody bag. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)
