DESCRIPTION

Made from a Provençal-style blend of 53% Grenache, 24% Syrah and 23% Cinsault, harvested in February 2024 under warm, dry conditions following a cool, wet winter that ensured healthy dormancy and even ripening. Fruit was picked in the early mornings to preserve freshness. Whole bunch pressed under dry ice using a Champagne press cycle, with average skin contact of less than 3 hours, maximising flavour extraction while limiting colour pickup. The wine is fermented dry and bottled young to retain precision and energy. Residual Sugar 1.9 g/L. Bottled at 13%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh and delicate, with aromas of strawberry, red cherry and peach, accompanied by subtle floral and mineral notes

Palate: Crisp and generous with a smooth, creamy texture. Early-season cherry and ripe red fruit are balanced by fresh acidity and a pronounced river-stone minerality.

Finish: Long, clean and elegant, with lingering red fruit and mineral notes.
