"Two sips of this and you understand why they are winning awards. Lots of sweet tropical fruit on the nose and palate, mango, passion fruit, guava, dates, prunes and a whiff of banana bread. Beautifully oily palate, making it a pleasure to sip on."

"Don't be put off by the no age statement. Excellent value and intro to Kavalan whiskies. More complex than expected with notes of nuttiness and stewed fruits yet still easy drinking and less heavy than some of the other Kavalans."
