A heavily-peated, single malt from an undisclosed Islay distillery. This is the standard edition in the new packaging. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: Heavy smoke and peat. Lots of richness with lemon, fresh ginger, plum jam. Salty and spicy.

Palate: Like a cannonball! Hits with cocoa, peat and some honey sweetness then explodes with peppery spice and more earthy peat. Mouth coating with more peat and light sweetness.

Finish: More peat, spice and mandarin, then dries up with a lost salvo of peat.
