DESCRIPTION

Launched in 2020, Haven is the first single pot still whiskey from Limerick-based independent Irish whiskey bottler Sailor’s Home, released as part of their The Explorer Series. Crafted from malted and unmalted Irish barley and oats and matured in a combination of ex-Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Green grapes, warm spice and honeyed oak.

Palate: Captivating creamy mouthfeel, pot spices, roasted almonds and vanilla notes.

Finish: Brown sugar, ripe black fruits.
