Guigal Gigondas Rouge 2019 is produced from a blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. Grapes are harvested from vineyards growing in the Rhône Valley on ancient alluvia, red clay and gravel on the slopes, with an average age of 40 years. Traditional winemaking with long maceration. Aged for 2 years in oak casks of which 50% is new oak. Bottled at 15%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Intense nose dominated by peach and apricot with liquorice and notes of undergrowth.

Palate: Generous, powerful and full-bodied with soft tannic structure.

Finish: A long elegant finish.
