Crafted at the Bimber Distillery in West London from eight botanicals including angelica, lemon, orange, grapefruit and kumquat, a rare and naturally small variety of slow-growing citrus fruit native to China. Bottled at 47%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Fresh and citric balance with classic notes of juniper. 

Palate: A citrus-forward gin that is bursting with bright and bold strong juniper and kumquat flavours.

Finish: Easy-drinking but complex with a good finish.

"Great aromas on the nose. Lovely texture and can easily be enjoyed neat. However the sweetness does become a little overwhelming. Adding sugar-free tonic doesn't help just becomes more sweet."
