DESCRIPTION
A blend of indigenous white grape varieties (likely Glera & Chardonnay) harvested in early September from vineyards at the foot of the Treviso hills, where medium-textured, moderately calcareous soils and a mild, protected climate support balanced ripening. Grapes are destemmed and soft-pressed, with flotation used to clarify juice before cool stainless-steel fermentation. The base wine is held in tank until undergoing secondary fermentation in pressurised autoclaves according to the Martinotti–Charmat method, lasting around 30 days before cooling, settling and filtration. Bottled under pressure (5 bar) as a Vino Spumante. Residual Sugar 13 g/L. Bottled at 11% (Bottle size 750ml).
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Brilliant, clean aromatics showing mango, pineapple and orange, with light floral hints of orange blossom adding lift.
Palate: Soft, approachable tropical and citrus fruit, carried by gentle mousse and a rounded, easy-drinking texture.
Finish: Moderate acidity supports a smooth, lightly sweet finish, where the bubbles remain supple and integrated, enhancing the wine’s versatility.
