Launched in 2023, a limited-edition blended whisky inspired by the decadent movement of the 19th century. Compass Box Art & Decadence is produced from a combination of malt whisky from the Balmenach distillery, finished separately in three different ex-wine casks (Madeira, Sauternes, and Marsala); Linkwood matured in Palo Cortado sherry-seasoned butts; Glen Moray finished in Oloroso sherry-seasoned butts; and grain whisky from the now-closed Port Dundas distillery. 9,496 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 49%.

Nose: Rich and aromatic on the nose; creamy with banana, toffee and custard notes.

Palate: Dried fruit; golden raisin, apricot, apple and plenty of vanilla.

Finish: Lingering dark chocolate and oak.
