No angry birds here

"Delighted to have found this 2015 batch in 2023. There’s a definite rye spice and good sweetness, Not oaky at all despite having some 12 year old bourbon in its make up. The finish does not stick around for ages but there’s no bitter note, a sign of a clean spirit and good casks. There’s no alcohol burn despite being bottled at 56.4% ABV. Distinctly different from Beam’s nuttyness and Buffalo trace’s grape note, this is a bourbon on to itself. Glad to have a backup bottle of this and in my limited experience, the best bourbon I’ve had save Eagle Rare 10 of course."
