An undisclosed single malt from a Speyside distillery, launched in mid-2025. Matured in ex-bourbon and finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The release is intended to be a versatile, well-balanced, and affordable option. The Falkland Collection aims to celebrate the history of whisky production in Fife, where King James IV once called for "aqua vitae". Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 45%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Fresh orchard fruits, honeyed malt, vanilla, and citrus zest.
Palate: Dried fruits, warm spices and subtle oak
Finish: Lingering, with gentle spice and caramelised nuts.

"A well balanced single malt that delivers well above it's price point. Very pleasant honey/vanilla/fruit on the nose with a lovely layer of depth from the sherry finish. Sweet, slightly spiced and easy to drink, with a smooth, satisfying finish."
