Produced under the Bottled-in-Bond Act, meaning it is the product of a single distillery, a single distillation season, aged for a minimum of four years in new charred American oak barrels, and bottled at exactly 100 proof. Bottled at a higher strength of 50%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Sweet rye spice with dried fruits, toffee, black pepper and hints of vanilla.
Palate: Bold rye character with peppery spice, caramel, toasted oak and gentle citrus.
Finish: Medium-long, warming and spicy with lingering rye spice and oak.
