Good
"I think it's a matter of preference. This is light and sweet. Notes vanilla, subtle tropical fruit and great texture. But I wanted more flavor. Definitely enjoyed others in the M&H range more"

"Great to have more variety on the shelves and been following this distillery closely. A robust whisky that reminds me of tiramisu with a dose of spice! Big fan."
"As Dave Broom so eloquently writes: “Sometimes you taste a Whisky that makes you think, this is why I love Whisky.” For me, this is one of those. Such an easy drinker in a good way! Smooth, rich and mouth coating, while simultaneously providing heaps of orchard fruit, vanilla, toasted oak, and spice. The STR casks have worked wonders with this, and it will be a classy drinker all year round. Milk and Honey are doing incredible things for Whisky in putting Israeli Whisky on the world map and I cannot wait to try their other expressions and see what else they come up with. In my opinion, if they keep things up, they can expect awards to come their way for sure!"
"this is a superb whisky, with an amazing nose lots of vanilla, grassy and cereal notes. the palate is soft more of floral notes and fruity as well.really enjoyed this dram looking forward to try more expressions from this distillery"
"I love it when you can taste quality over quantity approach. Really cracking dram, on the nose is huge vanilla and grass, barley sugar, ripe pears and green melon. The palate starts off with a huge pepper hit followed by lovely soft floral grassy notes, chewy honey and summer fruits. Splash of water really brings the vanilla to the fore front. It has a lovely long sweet and fruity finish. A real solid effort from the guys at Milk and Honey. I look forward to more expressions from these guys if this is the quality they are putting out."
