Collection 96 gets its name from the outstanding award of 96 points given to the Prosecco DOC Brut by Decanter magazine. Masottina Collezione 96 Brut Prosecco is produced from 100% Glera grapes which are white vinified at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C. Prise de mousse and maturation on the yeasts normally take place for a month in pressure tanks, on selected yeasts, at a temperature of 14-15°C. The wine ages in bottle for approximately one month before distribution. Residual sugar: 10g/l. Bottled at 11%. (Bottle size 750ml)
