A South African exclusive single cask from the Loch Lomond distillery in the Highlands. Distilled in July 2008, matured in a refill American oak hogshead before being finished for 9 to 12 months in a first-fill cognac hogshead and bottled in July 2021. Only 373 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.6%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Homemade apricot jam and rich apple sauce intermingle with creamy vanilla and caramel.
Palate: Candied ginger, juicy orange and oak spice.
Finish: A hint of ground almond to finish.
