A single cask, peated Ledaig release from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull, bottled by Signatory independent bottler in their Symington's Choice range, named after founder and owner Andrew Symington. Distilled on 8 November 2005, matured for 19 years in 1st-fill Oloroso sherry butt, and bottled on 11 November 2024. Only 593 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.1%.
Nose: Light peat smoke on the nose with a subtle sherry influence.
Palate: Wonderfully medicinal-smoky palate and west coast character.
Finish: The peat intensity lingers with a slight sweetness.
