DESCRIPTION

Released annually as part of the Kilkerran limited core range, a lightly peated single malt from the Glengyle distillery in Campbeltown, owned and operated by Springbank. Matured exclusively for 8 years in ex-bourbon casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 55.6%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: A typically zesty introduction to this dram, there are notes of key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla.

Palate: There is a creaminess on the palate, with notes of banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta.

Finish: Sea salt and brine notes emerge in the finish, along with a gorse note.
