DESCRIPTION

An annual small batch release from the Isle of Raasay Distillery in the Inner Hebrides, first introduced in 2023. Matured using the distillery's "Na Sia" six-cask recipe, with peated and unpeated malt matured separately in 1st-fill ex-rye whiskey casks, virgin Chinkapin oak and 1st-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The peated portion uses barley malted to 48–52ppm, carrying through at 6–11ppm in the bottle. Only 2,800 bottles were produced for this batch. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 61.1%.
