DESCRIPTION
A single cask release from the Dalmore distillery in Highlands, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2015, matured for 9 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, and bottled in 2025. Only 238 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.1%.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Juicy apricot, crunchy nut cornflakes, tinned peaches, glace cherries, muscovado sugar, and coconut biscuits.
Palate: Warm and layered — cassia bark, birch sap, honeycomb, wine gums, toffee apple, and creamy vanilla pudding.
Finish: Viscous and rich, well-balanced, with a satisfying lingering sweetness.
