The 25yo is the pinnacle of the Bunnahabhain core range. Presented in a beautiful wooden box. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.3%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Sherried; sweet toffee and polished leather followed by cinnamon and the faintest hint of cardamon.
Palate: Fruit compote doused in cream and caster sugar, this develops into roasted malt, chestnuts and stewed raisins.
Finish: Demerara sugar, mixed spice, nutmeg and caramel lingering for long after the final sip.

"A rich experience with lots of sherry cask influence. The age shows through with layer upon layer of flavour that needs time to unravel. It's become expensive over the years but that has followed the trend of all 20+ year old whiskies."
