DESCRIPTION

Our second exclusive Old Pulteney single cask from the Highland distillery, selected and bottled to commemorate our 10th anniversary. Distilled in 2012, matured in first-fill Spanish oak butt and bottled in 2023. Only 594 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 64.2%. (Bottle size 750ml)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Subtle nose for the alcohol content with a surprising raisin-sweetness.

Palate: Bold and upfront with notes of stewed apricots and plum.

Finish: Lingering heat and spice from this beast of a dram.
