Launched in 2023 as part of Loch Lomond's Remarkable Makers series, this limited release was crafted in collaboration with renowned open-fire chef Genevieve Taylor. Steam & Fire is produced from a combination of spirits from both Loch Lomond's unique straight neck still and more traditional pot stills. Matured initially in first-fill bourbon barrels and refill American oak casks, then finished for 9-10 months in first-fill heavily re-charred American oak barrels, sourced from the distillery’s own cooperage. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Toffee, apple, fudge, vanilla, cinnamon.

Palate: Silky mouthfeel, orange, peach, marmalade, coffee, melted brown sugar, roasted marshmallow.

Finish: Medium to long dry finish with dark chocolate and soft smoke.
