A South African exclusive single cask release from an undisclosed distillery in Speyside, bottled by independent bottler Duncan Taylor in their Octave range. Distilled in 2010, matured for 13 years in oak casks before being finished for 3 months in a sherrywood octave (approximately 60-litre cask) and bottled in 2024. Only 87 bottles were produced, each one individually numbered. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.7%. (Bottle size 750ml)

"I've loved all the Iconic releases from Octaves over the years, some are more sherried than others, but that's the fun of cask variation. I've been told these are from Glenfarclas, so considering the pricing for a single cask, cask strength release, these are always winners in my books."
