The second release in a series of annual, limited-editions from the Rosebank distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by Ian Macleod Distillers (who bought the closed distillery in 2017 and re-opened it in 2024 after extensive renovations). Each release is selected from the old remaining casks, leading up to the first “new” Rosebank spirit. Distilled in 1990 (three years before the distillery closed), matured for 31 years in a combination of refill ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled in 2022. 4,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 48.1%.

Palate: Fantastic age while still light and vibrant, mint, camomile with leather, berry and banana bread.
