Launched in 2023, a single malt from an undisclosed distillery. First matured in American oak casks and then finished in ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: A rich marly aroma with a biscuity sweetness and fresh fruit notes. A delicate leafy character is balanced with vanilla sweetness.

Palate: Rich and spicy taste with layers of sweet oak, raisins, apricots and fresh oak.

Finish: A mellow and enduring finish. The addition of a little water releases the characteristic flavours of sherry cask.
