DESCRIPTION

A lightly peated permanent expression from the Highland Park distillery on Orkney. It now arrives in redesigned packaging that moves on from the brand's previous Viking-inspired look in favour of a cleaner design drawn from Orkney's landscape, rolled out in late-2024. Matured with a higher proportion of first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks, rounded out with sherry-seasoned American oak and refill casks. Naturally coloured and bottled at 43%. TASTING NOTES

Nose: Rich, fruity, caramelised sweetness.

Palate: Finely balanced notes of orange zest, dark chocolate and aromatic smoke from Orkney heathered peat.

Finish: Lingering, sweet and spicy, with slightly nutty notes.
