Jameson Single Pot Still joined the distillery's core range as a permanent release in 2022. Created by master distiller Kevin O’Gorman using a mashbill of malted and unmalted barley, before being triple distilled. This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 46%.

Nose: Wood-driven spices of cinnamon and nutmeg with rich toasted oak, sweet honeycomb and salted caramel. Zesty fruit along with dairy fudge, butterscotch and vanilla while the pot still spices build over time complementing the earthy woodland notes and ripe fruits.

Palate: Dark chocolate, spicy toffee and cinnamon with hints of freshly grated ginger and orange peel. The combination of fresh and seasoned oak adds layered sweet and smoked-wood tones with tannins, working with the pot still’s silky texture.

Finish: The soft fruits fade leaving the spices and oak to linger.
