A single cask release from the Bunnahabhain distillery on Islay, bottled by Signatory independent bottler in their Symington's Choice range, named after founder and owner Andrew Symington. Distilled on 8 October 2001, matured for 23 years in an Oloroso sherry butt, and bottled on 10 April 2025. Only 540 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 59.5%.
