A limited edition single grain whisky distilled using 100% malted barley in Loch Lomond's continuous "coffey" still. Master Blender, Michael Henry has selected whiskies aged between five and twelve years, and matured in a combination of first-fill (70%) and second-fill (30%) ex-bourbon casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48.8%.
Nose: Deep floral and fruit notes of rose, violet, peach, pear and blackcurrant.
Palate: Silky mouthfeel bringing tart fruits of blackberry, green apple, honey and golden barley.
Finish: Long finish of vanilla fudge sweetness and warming cinnamon spice.
