A single cask peated Ballechin release from the Edradour distillery in the Highlands, bottled by Signatory independent bottlers. Distilled in 2012 and matured for 8 years in a first-fill sherry butt before bottling. Only 800 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Sherry, blood orange, blackcurrant, blackberry, rancio, and chocolate.

Palate: Fruity and malty. Candied citrus fruits, nuts, fruit jam, spices.

Finish: Long-lasting.
