Nose: Bold spice aromas.

Palate: A nutty hint from grains of paradise, bolstered by a fresh burst of sweet orange peel.

Produced at Gember distillery in Muizenberg, Cape Town, a local artisinal gin distillery founded in January 2022 by friends Simon Cranswick and Wynand de Vries (who are in fact gingers and known affectionately as the Engelsman and die Boerseun).
