Our 13th exclusive WhiskyBrother release, this time bottled for our second annual The Only Whisky Show (TOWS)! The unpeated spirit was distilled in April 2014, then matured in a single second-fill quarter cask (approximately 125 litres) that previously held heavily-peated whisky, and bottled in May 2018. Only 151 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.4%.

Nose: Light fruitiness with cold apple pie, sweet dustiness and tinned fruit. There is a subtle floral and mineral note along with sugared lemons, malt and vanilla bean.

Palate: Creamy with growing chili and coconut along with cantaloupe melon and orange. The smoke from the previous contents is finally detectable and it's soft and gentle.

Finish: Vanilla and a pleasant lingering spice with coffee beans and dark chocolate with the whiff of smoke fading away.
