An exclusive single cask, cask strength release from the Tomatin distillery in the Highlands. Distilled 9 June 2010, matured for 11 years in a Spanish brandy butt and bottled 9 June 2021. Only 556 bottles were produced, each one individually numbered. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Sweet with notes of honey, pumpkin preserve and creme brulee.

Palate: Loads of orange sweetness with cinnamon and ginger spiciness, all wrapped up in honey. A touch of water brings some overripe apple.

Finish: This is a big whisky with a very long and pleasant finish packed with sweetness.
