A single cask release from the Caol Ila distillery on Islay, bottled by North Star Spirits independent bottlers. Distilled in September 2012, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled in February 2021. Only 130 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 45.9%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Smoked haddock, salt and vinegar chips.
Palate: Burnt and buttery hot cross buns.
Finish: Hickory smoked lemon, pepper and soot.
