Every year a Cuvée Sélectionnée par Rolf Muntz, past winner on the European Golf Tour, is exclusively selected and reserved. At the west side of the Montagne de Reims, grapes are grown on vines with an average age of 38 years. This Premier Cru Champagne is produced from the very first pressing of 85% Pinot Noir, 12% Chardonnay and 3% Pinot Meunier grapes. A wonderful blend from the same year only and without the adding of extra sulphites after dégorgement. Bottled at 12.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Delicate aromas of ripe pears, citrus and honey.

Palate: A delicate brioche profile, leading to a round, full and mineral Champagne with fine bubbles.

Finish: A gastronomic and connoisseur Champagne with a long drive.
