A marriage of triple-distilled, aged single malt and aged single pot still whiskey, matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, hand-selected by The Irishman’s founder, Bernard Walsh. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at a cask strength of 55.3%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Orchard fruits, vanilla and nuttiness.

Palate: Peach, apple blossom, fig and honey.

Finish: Oak spices and toasted almonds.
